PRESS RELEASE on 12th International Exhibition of Arms and Military Machinery MILEX-2025
On 21-24 May 2025, the exhibition spaces of the Minsk International Exhibition Centre BelExpo (24 P. Medelki St.) will host the 12th International Exhibition of Arms and Military Machinery MILEX-2025.
The armaments forum will showcase innovative products and technologies offered by Belarusian and foreign manufacturers and suppliers.
More than 90 national defence industry organizations will participate in this event.
More than 150 companies representing Belarus and five other countries worldwide – namely the Russian Federation, China, Iran, Pakistan, and India – will exhibit their products this year. This is one and a half times as many as in 2023.
Military industry organizations of the Russian Federation, our major ally and partner in military-technical cooperation, rightfully recognized by the international community as one of the leaders in the global arms market, are broadly represented at the exposition. This adds weight to the event, given the current military-political situation on the borders of the Union State and the need to reinforce the Regional Grouping of Forces.
The total area of the exposition exceeds 11.5 thousand sq. m, with over 6 thousand sq. moccupied by outdoor venues and over 5 thousand sq. m taken up by indoor displays. Overall, more than 750 specimens of Belarus-made weaponry, military and purpose-built equipment and vehicles will be on display at MILEX-2025.
The expo will showcase the newest, most advanced developments of Belarus’ military industry. Among them are the BUK-MB2 ADMS with the first Belarus-made surface-to-air guided missile, the Sapphire grenade launcher system, the V-2 APC. All this, as well as many other exhibits, will be displayed in the outdoor and indoor areas of the exhibition centre.
The scientific and business agenda of the forum will include, among other things:
a meeting of the Coordination Council of the authorized bodies of the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization regarding advertising and exhibition activities;
the 11th International Academic Conference on the Development of Armaments, Military and Purpose-Built Vehicles and Equipment and Dual-Use Technologies scheduled for 22 May 2025, with 5 breakout sessions to gather together around 300 participants from among international experts and military industry professionals, who will deliver more than 50 reports in different areas and aspects of development of the military industry sector.
