Advanced Computer Models for the Armed Forces
JSC NIIEVM completed the final stage of state tests of modern means of processing, storing, and displaying information. The goal of the development work was to create a line of specialised computing tools designed for integration into automated control systems and information and computing systems for weapons and military equipment.
The developed products included mobile tablets (portable computers) of the BM2455 and BM2456 models, a specialised computer (BM2462), and display devices (multifunctional liquid crystal panels) with diagonals of 8", 15", 24" (two options), and 32".
The new vehicles provide a full data lifecycle: processing, storage, transmission, and visualisation. The products are designed for use in modern control centres and specialised complexes.
During the tests, the full implementation of all the customer's tactical and technical requirements was confirmed. The samples demonstrated high resistance to external influences and the effective operation of military equipment under extreme conditions.
Completion of state tests and readiness of equipment for use are significant steps in the development of the control system of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, confirming the competencies of the domestic manufacturer in the field of creating specialised computers.
